Lake Michigan, My Heart Behaves, Kristina Walton, About page
At the stroke of midnight on NYE, somewhere between 2008 and 2009, Kristina Walton started a blog as her New Year’s resolution. She called it My Heart Behaves, an inspirational corner of the web that focuses on design in all forms. Remarkably, it’s the only resolution to stick.

Kristina is a freelance graphic designer working in Chicago (by way of Dallas), where she is owner and principal designer of Studio 67 Designs. Her focus gravitates towards custom invites {wedding / event}, logo & branding, marketing and award-winning editorial design. She also partners in a crafty shop called Saucers & Milk.

Frequent topics on MHB include Mid Century Modern and other vintage flare, typography, a bit of craftiness and things she dices and slices. She resides in Ravenswood, Chicago with a boyfriend in law school, Oliver the mini schnauzer and Spencer, a fat tabby cat with the personality of a dog.

UPDATE: I was driving along Good Latimer last Monday, and they have painted over the Periodic Table of Dallas! This must have happened in the last week or so. I’m terribly disappointed and wish I could have done some more photos before this landmark disappeared forever. :(
